Payment

  • 100% payment prior to shipping (Unless otherwise discussed)
  • Reoccurring monthly Accuro Heart Rate Monitor System license fee will be processed on the date when the system is ordered (unless otherwise noted with your sales representative)

Heart Rate Monitor Customization

  • MOQ of 100 pieces is required for private label option
  • Customized logo printing on POD
  • Customized logo on printing box
  • Inventory quantity may be required
  • Cost and Fees may apply depending on details of customization request.

Accuro System Terms

Monthly fee includes customer support, software upgrades, and email notification to members when a session ends. If monthly fee is terminated by the customer for any reason, then all software upgrades and email notification to members will be disabled.

To cancel your Accuro service, we require a minimum of 30 days written notice to [email protected]. If you provide notice after a monthly fee has been charged, this fee is NOT subject to a refund as the appropriate notice was not given.

Product Warranty (excluding Accuro System)

Products purchased from Accuro (excluding the Accuro System) will be free from material defects for the 1-year from the time the product is purchased and delivered to the customer. The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) willful damage, abnormal or improper use, extreme storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or third party; (c) fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions; (d) any alteration or unauthorized repair. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to (i) consumables, such as replaceable batteries; (ii) any product which has been opened or tampered with (except to replace batteries); or (iii) any product with an illegible serial number.

The AccuroFit laptop will be covered against the laptops manufacturer’s warranty. The laptop shall only be used for HRM projection management and administration. Personal use such as data saved on the laptop other than what it is intended will not be covered by the manufacturer warranty.

If products fail to comply with the warranty above, you can return the products to us for repair or replacement. Before returning any products, please request a return authorization number by calling Accuro at 877-409-0937. We may reject any returned product that is not in its original packaging and marked with a return authorization number.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase an auto-renewing periodic subscription through the Service, your Accuro account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you terminate it as set forth below. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to your account and follow instructions to terminate or change your subscription, even if you have deleted your account.

Payment Processors

All financial transactions made in connection with the Service will be processed by a third party in accordance with their respective terms of use, privacy policy, and/or any applicable payment terms and conditions. We encourage you to learn about the practices of such third party. In no event will NCI Technology, Inc. be responsible for the actions or inactions of any third party payment processor, including, but not limited to, system downtime or payment service outages.

Refund Policy

In the event that Accuro suspends or terminates your use of the Service or these Terms and Conditions or you close your account voluntarily, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused virtual currency or other unused product, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.
